摘要

随着软件技术的不断进步和发展，信息化的管理方式越来越广泛的应用于各个领域，对于任何网站系统的管理来说开发一套现代化的成员管理软件是十分必要的。许多中小型企业开始考虑建立自己的电子商务站点，通过Internet，即使是小公司也可能接触到世界上任何地方的客户；在Internet上浏览的人会发现在线订购商品比其他任何方法都方便得多；一旦电子商务站点启动并运行起来，获取订单处理的成本与设置实体店铺的成本相比，实际上接近于零。

本系统实现了一般电子商务所具备的功能，如商品浏览、用户登录注册、网上购物、结算、后台数据库管理等，利用这些功能可以对鲜花订购信息进行较好的管理。

网上鲜花订购系统的使用者主要是客户和销售管理者，对于客户来说，实现的功能包括客户浏览鲜花（搜索查询），存放选中的商品的购物车，最后产生订单；对于销售管理者来说，需要对客户的信息，鲜花的信息，以及订单的信息进行管理。

Abstract

With the software technology for the continued progress and development, information technology the management of more and more widely used in various fields of management for any website system is to develop a modernization of the members of Management is very necessary. Many small and medium enterprises begin to consider the establishment of their own e-commerce site, through the Internet, even small companies may have access to customers anywhere in the world; the Internet, people will find browsing online ordering of goods than any other methods are much more convenient ; Once the e-commerce site up and running, access to order processing costs and the cost of setting compared to physical stores actually close to zero.
Implementation of this system with the general e-commerce features such as merchandise browsing, the user login registration, online shopping, billing, back-end database management, use of these functions can be ordered on the flowers better information management.
Users online flower ordering system is mainly customers and sales managers, for customers to realize the function, including customer visit flowers (search query), the selected goods store shopping cart, and finally generate orders; for sales managers to said that the need for customer information, flower information, and order management information.

1.1 开发背景

随着网络技术的飞速发展，网络经济与人们的生活越来越紧密的联系在一起，随着信息技术的发展，网上购物与网上销售也在逐渐发展和普及。消费者与销售商都迫切需要一种简便与高速高效的购物与销售方式，在线商店管理系统的出现正好满足人们的这种需要，通过网络的简便与高效可以使消费者节省时间，价格公开合理。而使销售者更合理的调节商品的数量以免造成商品的积压，也同时使生产者真正随着市场经济的需求而调节产品的种类和数量。

随着网络的不断的普及，网页技术的不断发展，人们对网页的要求也不再是文字，图片的简单堆砌或是单调枯燥的内容，而是实时性，交互性和丰富性，使用动态网页技术的网页越来越受欢迎。应用JSP技术的灵活性可以方便的访问数据库，JSP把数据库搬上了WEB页面，使人们可以通过互联网使用大型的包含数据库功能的系统。

系统正是使用JSP技术的动态网页与SQL Server2000数据库结合打造的一个网上鲜花预定管理系统，一般用户通过网络访问该系统，提供用户注册功能，鲜花查询功能；系统用户（已注册用户）订购鲜花等；管理员可以修改、删除、添加、查询用户信息，对顾客的定单（即进行销售）进行管理。本系统充分发挥了JSP技术显示于客户端，运行于服务器端的特点，保护用户资料的安全性。本项目采用jsp和javabean技术，依托Tomcat服务器，使用MyEclipse开发，数据为SQLServer,基于WEB的三层物理架构。首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型，然后对初始原型系统进行需求迭代，不断修正和改进，直到完成系统。
