六．模块分析和说明

1. 登陆模块：本系统以登陆页面作为首页面，用户需要登录后才能开始使用本系统，用户分为普通用户与管理员用户，不提供注册功能，用户只能由管理员进行添加，避免无关人员对本系统的使用而造成损失。

2. 设备档案模块：包括设备基本信息，设备调拨记录和设备维修记录。其中设备基本信息中包括设备的型号、名称、出厂日期、出厂序列号、设备供应商、价格、购买时间、数量、设备状态。设备调拨记录即设备每次调拨的记录，包括设备型号、名称、数量时间和对象。设备维修记录包括设备的维修起始时间，维修结束时间，维修数量，维修结果等信息。

3. 设备调动模块：包括新设备入库，设备调拨处理，设备报废。新设备入库即在购买新设备时做入库记录，记录新设备的型号、名称、出厂日期、出厂序列号、设备供应商、价格、购买时间、购买数量。设备调拨处理即每次在设备调拨时进行记录登记，需要登记设备名称、型号、调拨时间、调拨数量、调拨对象的信息，将设备的设备状态属性改为已调拨。设备报废功能既将要报废的设备进行记录，将设备的设备状态属性改为报废

4. 设备维修模块：将需要维修的设备进行记录登记，需要登记设备的名称、型号，维修开始时间，在维修结束后再记录维修完成时间，维修结果。

5. 设备查询：可以通过设备的型号，名称，设备状态等设备的信息进行查询，方便用户找到需要的设备的情况。

随着科技的发展，网络资源利用在各行业已日趋成熟，表现最为明显的是事业单位在管理平台上的应用。利用网络资源进行管理就尤其快捷方便。网络化管理就显得格外重要，是一个单位不可缺少的部分，为减少人力物力以及设备的管理带来便利，以此提高了管理者工作效率。所以就《基于.net的科院设备管理系统的开发与设计》此毕业设计进行研发，该系统为管理层提供了便利，通过查询功能可以快捷的获取设备信息，进一步加强设备信息的掌握与管理。

设备管理系统是设备管理与计算机技术相结合的产物，根据系统的功能需求分析与定义的数据模式，分析了应用程序的主要功能和系统实现的主要技术。系统主要包括后台数据库的开发和前端应用程序的开发两个方面。考虑了当前设备管理的相关问题，探讨了系统实现的主要相关技术：如数据库技术、ASP.NET等。该系统考虑了实际开发的设备管理系统的开发环境、系统流程，主要完成设备查询、设备档案管理、用户管理，设备调动，设备维修管理，设备归还以及相应的数据修改，添加，修改等功能。
